The goal of this photoshoot was for Every Body Pilates to showcase their state of the art equipment, welcoming studio space, and expert + friendly team of instructors.

Every Body Pilates has a mission to welcome *everyone* regardless of age, size, or ability and they wanted to ensure their brand visuals were representative of this.

Our photoshoot included one day focusing on instructors and one day of live classes with their own clients as models.

Every brand client starts with a discovery call so we can get to know each other. I learn about your brand, your goals, and why each client has decided now is the time for a photoshoot.

Once you're booked, we begin my brand planning workflow. My clients work on a questionnaire that helps me further get to know their business. We talk about hair and makeup, style tips, inspiration images and more. Planning for a larger company photoshoot typically involves a final zoom call with the marketing team prior to the photoshoot.

One of the most important aspects of your session is ensuring our location aligns with the brand vision. For clients with a dedicated office space, this is easy! For those who do not have a physical location, or work in multiple locations, this can be more challenging.

All of our planning culminates into your photoshoot day. Putting effort into the planning and preparation means we all go into our shoot knowing exactly what we are hoping to achieve and have the tools to create images that meet your team's marketing goals.
