Photoshoot Goals

The goal of this photoshoot was for Alnylam to showcase their vibrant workplace culture, dynamic team, and unique facilities.

Together, we created a library of images for their internal human resources marketing team to use to recruit ideal candidates for employment.

Our photoshoot included one day at their main headquarters in Boston and another at one of their satellite lab locations.

Once you're booked, we begin my brand planning workflow. My clients work on a questionnaire that helps me further get to know their business. We talk about hair and makeup, style tips, inspiration images and more. Planning for a larger company photoshoot typically involves a final zoom call with the marketing team prior to the photoshoot.

One of the most important aspects of your session is ensuring our location aligns with the brand vision. For clients with a dedicated office space, this is easy! For those who do not have a physical location, or work in multiple locations, this can be more challenging.
